On most of the trekking area in Nepal one requires TIMS (Trekkers Information Management System) which can be obtained easily after paying a fee as per the duration of treks and area of trekking region, on shorter trekking for few days on the off beat trail one does not require. Besides the TIMS there are other fees that one has to pay such as National Park entrance fees like Langtang-Everest-Makalu-Dolpo-Kanchenjunga the other region like Annapurna needs ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) fees which can be obtained in Kathmandu or at Pokhara before the eve of trekking departure to that area.

Depending upon your health and fitness we will inform you for the types of trekking and duration as per your holiday time in Nepal.

 

02: What types of clothing are necessary to bring as per the time of the season and types of trekking?

Please refer in our home page regarding the clothing as per the area of trekking and season, on most of the trekking sleeping bags and down jackets is required which can be hired in Kathmandu at reasonable price per person per day basis. Rest of the clothing accessories fully depends upon the trekking region that you book and we will inform you and can visit our home page for further information.

 

03: As for medical facilities what and where one can find?

On every trip that you book with us requires doctors health check up before booking with us and one should be  in sound health, even though some people  will be sick later on the trekking, for this one should carry their own medical kits as per your doctors advice, rest we will be carrying as well as supplementary “First Aid” kit for severe and serious injury and medical problem we will transfer or evacuate in a helicopter to Kathmandu Hospital, for this one needs to be fully insured on medical ground.

 

04: How many people and their age and nationality?

Most of the trekking we do are tailor made and from our program as per the itineraries in our website, in most of the trekking we allow maximum of 10-15 people in a group, people can be from other nationality but the main language spoken by our guides will be in English, for other language guides please inform us so that we can provide you with the guide with the language as per your request.
